Faculty Evaluation System

Faculty Evaluation System is a PHP Project that has 3 types of users which are the Admin , Chairperson , and Student . The systemโ€™s main purpose is to provide the Students and Chairpersons an online evaluation for the Subject Faculties. This system generates the Results of Mean Scores of each Faculty and the summary of the results is printable. The admin users are in charge of populating and maintaining the important list of the system such as the list of students and faculties. The Student and Chairperson users access will be their School ID # as their username and their password will be automatically generated by the system.
